Otto answers every call, takes your order and knows the menu inside out. A few things you can say:
Menu
- For every pizza order, the agent should ask: "Would you like additional toppings with that?"
- Do not list toppings automatically when asking the pizza prompt.
- Additional toppings are permitted for pasta, using the same add-ons list as pizza, but no prompt is required from the agent.
- Allowed only when both halves use the same base sauce. The price charged is the higher of the two pizza prices. For any further modifications or complex half-and-half requests, hand over to staff.
- Treat Margherita as the pizza, not a Margarita cocktail.
- Offer Gluten Free base only when requested, not automatically with every pizza order.
- Let the customer know the time their order will be ready as per the current wait time
- Don’t ask the customer if they want a garlic bread
- Don't give customer the total price for when finished ordering
- Suggest a dessert instead of asking customer if they would like anything else
- We do not do delivery, only pick up
- Speak only in English
